CHOOSING THE RIGHT NEEDLE

0.2mm, 0.25mm and 0.3mm (Home Use)
At these lengths only the outermost layer of the skin is affected, and therefore there is no induction of collagen.
The 0.2mm and 0.3mm rollers enhances the penetration of applied cosmetic creams. These needles can be used daily (or even twice daily) and they are totally pain-free.

When ordering your roller, you will need to choose the needle length that is correct for your skin and the condition that you are treating. The common lengths are: 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 1mm and 1.5mm.
0.5mm (Home use)
The 0.5mm roller is ideal for anti-aging purposes and for treating light acne-scarring or hyper-pigmentation. It causes minimal pain and can be uses 2-3 times a week, at least in the first 3 months. After treatment, you may experience inflammation of the skin but it usually lasts for a few hours.
1.0mm (Professional use)
This is the maximum length to be used on the face, especially for those who have naturally thinner skin. It is recommended to apply topical anesthetic during the treatment. Use once every week or once twice a week.
1.5mm (Professional use only)
This will be recommended for using on the body for scars and stretch marks. It will be good to use topical anesthetic and a minimum of 3 weeks of interval between treatments is recommended. It is expected for the skin to become red and possibly sensitive to the touch for up to a week.
2.0mm and 3.00mm (Professional use only)
This is recommended for mainly for males treating deep stretch marks or scars.
